The Brodzki Mirror by Studio Henry Wilson is inspired by the facade details of the famed CBR Building in Belgium, a European Brutalist landmark designed by architects Constantin Brodzki and Marcel Lambrichs. The mirror itself resembles the building’s windows, whilst the carved rectangular frame references the striking moulded cement modules that encase them. The frame is crafted in warm solid walnut timber, echoing the use of timber for original interior fixtures in the building.

The frame is polished and matte-sealed using Danish oil, which nourishes the timber, enhances its grain and protects the surface from dirt and staining. The Brodzki Mirror can be mounted with paint-friendly adhesive tabs or traditional picture-hanging wire.

Your furniture is crafted with exceptional attention to detail and deserves thoughtful care to maintain its beauty for years to come.

  • Dust regularly using a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
  • Clean spills immediately with a dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid excessive moisture.
  • Keep furniture away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and air conditioning vents to preserve its finish and prevent fading or cracking.
  • Always use coasters, placemats, and protective pads under hot, cold, or wet items to avoid stains and surface marks.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or rough scrubbing materials.
  • Periodically apply a high-quality furniture wax or polish, where suitable, to maintain the natural finish and enhance its appearance.

FAQs

Have a question ? We are here to help.

Since many of our pieces—especially our Bone Inlay collection—are handcrafted to order in Jodhpur, delivery typically takes 4–6 weeks. This ensures your piece receives the time and artisan attention it deserves.

Yes. At Alora Living, we only use ethically sourced camel bone derived from animals that have died of natural causes. We are committed to sustainable practices and honoring traditional craftsmanship.

That is where our Jodhpur expertise shines. Since we are manufacturers, our "Bespoke Lab" can work with your sketches or inspiration photos to create a completely custom pattern unique to your home.

Yes. We use a high-grade, reinforced resin that is designed to withstand temperature fluctuations. It is hand-poured and polished to a smooth finish that binds the bone or mother-of-pearl securely to the solid wood frame.
